After sixteen years managing client portfolios, Joe saw a gap: a lack of efficient, aligned solutions for individual investors to hold diversified private real estate. His extensive knowledge of client portfolios and retirement strategies enabled him to build a solution tailored to their specific needs.
The Book
Zero to 54: The Making of a Grateful Mind and a Life of Earned Peace is a memoir and 100-day guided practice. Joe wrote it in the midst of the most difficult stretch of his life, not after it, and shares the lessons from that experience as stepping stones for others navigating their own hardships. The book was named after the 54-mile ultramarathon he finished with zero running background and ten weeks to prepare. Published May 2026.
